Deliveries
Send a parcel with a rider or driver and track it from pickup to drop-off. Drop-off is confirmed with a PIN.
Cargo
Move bulky goods or a load of boxes in a van or truck, with a confirmation PIN at drop-off.

Book a verified tow operator for a breakdown or to move a vehicle, and watch the tow truck approach on the map.

Step 2: Set your pickup and destination
Search or pick a saved place. Where scheduling is on, you can book up to 7 days ahead.
Step 3: Pick a ride type and confirm
Compare the options and their fares, choose how you will pay, and book.
Step 4: Track it live
Follow your operator on the map, share a live link with someone you trust, and use SOS if you need help.
Payments
Pay the way that suits you
Choose how to pay before you confirm a booking.
Point2 wallet
Top up once and pay for trips from your balance.
Debit or credit card
Save a card in the app. Card payments and top-ups are processed by Paystack.
Cash
Pay your operator directly. Not available for towing or cargo.
Pay Later
Eligible customers can book now and repay by a date they choose. It needs identity verification, is offered in some cities and carries fees.

Verified operators
Every operator verifies their NIN with a liveness check and submits the documents their service needs. We review them before they can accept a request.
Share your trip live
Send a live link to someone you trust. They can follow the trip in a browser, without the app or an account.
SOS during a trip
SOS alerts the Point2 safety team and texts your location to your emergency contacts. In danger, call 112 first.

What can I book with Point2?
Rides, package delivery, cargo transport and towing, in one app. Services open city by city, and the app shows what you can book where you are.
Where is Point2 available?
Point2 is launching in selected Nigerian cities. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it is available in your area.
Can I schedule a ride or delivery ahead of time?
In cities where scheduled bookings are switched on, you can pick a pickup date and time up to 7 days ahead. If the option isn't shown, scheduling isn't available in your area yet.
How do I pay?
From your Point2 wallet, with a saved debit or credit card, in cash (not for towing or cargo), or with Pay Later where it is available. Card payments and wallet top-ups are processed by Paystack.
How does Pay Later work?
Pay Later lets eligible customers book now and repay by a date they choose. It requires identity verification, depends on your account history, is only offered in some cities and carries fees. The Payments & Refunds policy has the details.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancelling is free within 60 seconds of booking, or at any time before an operator accepts. After that a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the service. You can't cancel once the trip has started.
Are drivers and operators verified?
Every operator verifies their identity with their NIN and a liveness check and submits the licences, vehicle documents and insurance their service needs. Point2 reviews them before the operator can accept requests. See how Point2 approaches safety.
What should I do in an emergency during a trip?
If you are in danger, call 112. Tap SOS in the app: it alerts the Point2 safety team and texts your location to the emergency contacts you have saved. Point2 does not contact the police for you.
